At Skin Splash, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To ensure smooth operations and availability for everyone, we have implemented new salon policies. Please take note:
 

 💎 Appointment Cancellations/Reschedules: Appointments must be canceled and/or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are transferable within the same month, if you cancel within the 48 hours. If appointment is rescheduled outside of 48 hours there will be a $10 charge applied to your next appointment 

💎 Deposits: Deposits are not refundable but transferable within the same month. 

💎 Same Day Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule same day, a $10 inconvenience fee will be applied to your next appointment. This includes appointments booked inside the salon and online.

💎 Payment Policy: We strive to be accommodating and work through all issues. Card disputes are is not permitted! This will result in being blocked from booking with Skin Splash. 

💎 Late Arrivals:

• At 10 minutes: A $5 late fee will apply.

• At 15 minutes: A $10 late fee will apply.

• After 15 minutes: Your appointment will be canceled, and we will reach out to reschedule.

💎 Provider Delays: If we are running late, your service will be compensated accordingly.

💎 For Okeechobee Location Appointments

• Appointments for the Okeechobee location have to be booked by Monday of each week. 

• There is a $10 up charge for all appointments in Okeechobee.
